A British director, born on May 27, 1972 in Maldon, England, UK. He is the youngest son of playwright and novelist Christopher Wilkins. Toby moved to Los Angeles in the 1990s to pursue a career in entertainment and filmmaking. He has worked in editing, graphics and visual effects, and achieved a unique talent in directing films and short videos over two decades. Among his most notable work in the field of editing and visual effects is the movie Splinter. He started his career as a director through the short film The Unbreakable Likeness of Lincoln (2000), and his most prominent work as a director is the short film Staring at the Sun (2005).
