An American actress, born on July 24, 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She started singing and dancing when she was three years old. After visiting Los Angeles, she appeared in her first television commercial at the age of seven, and was also offered to participate in the musical Utah! in the same year. After that, she worked in several television series, children's shows and animation, and is best known for performing the voice of the little girl Chihiro in the movie Sen to Chihiro no kamikakushi (2001), as well as Lilo in the movie Lilo & Stitch (2002). She also played the role of Samantha Darko in the mystery movie Donnie Darko (2001), and Samara in the horror movie The Ring (2002).
