An American actress, born in Bangalore, India. She moved to Boston, Massachusetts, at the age of five, and after high school, she went to Yale University, where she specialized in Medieval History, then moved to the French capital, Paris, for a year and a half, where she undertook postgraduate studies at the Sorbonne University, and then studied theatrical acting. She attended the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, where she studied with actress Anna Deavere Smith. After her graduation, she participated in many plays, in addition to a number of various works, such as MacGruber (2010) and I Dream Too Much (2015).
