An American former football quarterback and actor, born on May 31, 1943, in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, USA, as Joseph William Namath. He received the TV Land Award in 2003. He married actress Deborah Mays (1984-1999), with whom he had two children, Jessica Grace and Olivia Rose, but they later divorced.
He is known for C.C. & Company (1970), The Wedding Ringer (2015), Norwood (1970), and Avalanche Express (1979). Joe Namath was born to a steelworker father. He dropped out of college due to his strong interest in American football. Joe also loved the New York nightlife and was nicknamed "Broadway Joe", which attracted him to cinema and theater, then he also appeared in TV ads. At a later age, he continued his education, graduating from the University of Alabama in 2007.
