Gloria DeHaven appeared regularly in musical films, such as Thousands Cheer (1943), and Step Lively (1944), but Gloria did not get major roles in the cinema, and her career waned after the musical films stopped. In 1955, she switched to theatrical work on Broadway, and entered the world of television in 1956 and remained in it until the nineties. Among the most important roles of Gloria are in Between Two Women (1945), Down Among the Sheltering Palms (1953), and Nakia (1974). She passed away on July 30, 2016 (aged 91).
