A Japanese actor, born on December 2, 1949, in Tokyo, Japan. Among his notable works are Mobile Suit Gundam I (1981), Rurouni Kenshin (1996), and Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam (1985). He is married to Sakiko Tamagawa and was previously married to Keiko Toda. He was originally a TV drama actor before gaining fame as Char Aznable in Mobile Suit Gundam (1979), after which he focused on voice acting. |
