An actress, stunt performer and presenter, born in Hamilton, New Zealand. She attended Hamilton Girls High and Auckland University where she graduated with a Post-graduate Diploma in Marine Biology and Conservation Ecology. She also attended Massey University and completed her Masters Degree in Marine biology graduating with first-class honors. Following graduation, she started taking acting classes while continuing her work in marine conservation. She later trained in stunts and martial arts. She is known for Coast New Zealand, Snake Eyes, and Adrift.
