Ted Billings was a character actor who worked in the silent and sound film eras. He mostly worked as an extra, playing the roles of a juror, villager, sailor, gang member, waiter, newsboy, soldier, bartender, prisoner, citizen, and spectator at shows, trials, or matches. Ted Billings passed away at the age of 67 in Los Angeles County, California, USA, on July 5, 1947.
