An American actor who was born in Nebraska, USA on September 16, 1921 as Alexander Elwood Sharp and died in Los Angeles, California, USA on March 6, 2008 of heart disease and a stroke. He married Kiyo Miyake Glenn who remained with him until his death. His most important works are The Goonies (1985), The Rookie (1990), and In the Line of Fire (1993). He was an American acrobatic businessman, actor, writer, and producer of film and TV series. His first work was Harpoon (1948), and his last work was Bedazzled (2000). He died of heart disease in 2008 at the age of 87.
