Howard Douglas was a British actor and art director who worked in film and television. Douglas was born in Hanke, London, England, on January 12, 1896 as Douglas Howard Gray Richardson.He is better known for Treasure Island (1950), The Monsters (1962), Quick Before They Catch Us (1966), and Emergency-Ward 10 (1962-1964). He began his activities with the movie Death at Broadcasting House (1934) and ended it with the movie The Plank (1967). Howard Douglas died in 1973 at the age of 76.
