"Tahrir 2011" in Qasr El Nile Str. Celebrating the revolution

After winning "Best Film" in Oslo Film Festival in Norway and the UNESCO Award in Venice Festival, along with the great success after its premier in Abu Dhabi Film Festival, it was decided for "Tahrir 2011: Al Tayyib, Al Sharis, Al Seyasee – The Good, the Bad and the Politician" to be shown for the public on 24 Jan on a big screen on Qasr El Nile Str celebrating the 1st anniversary of the revolution.The film is divided into three parts directed by three directors with different vision of the revolution. The 1st is about the normal man of the street and how he was mislead by the media and how the second speech of Mubarak managed to divide the people. The 2nd is about the police man and how blind he is in following orders and stopping protestors to the extent of killing them and the 3rd is a psychiatric analysis about Mubarak's intentions and feelings during the 18 days of the revolution.The film will be shown at 7 pm in front of Merit Publishing house on 6 Qasr El Nile next to Qasr El Nile Cinema.
