Shaker, a high school headmaster, falls into a state of obsession that dominates his daily life because of the US occupation of Iraq. He decides to sponsor a young scientist until he discovers a weapon to defend himself at any danger that the country may face, and he settles on Tariq Abdul Samad.

After USA occupied Baghdad, Arab people wondered who is next. Shaaker, the high school principal, always puts himself in the place of Iraqis and how Americans sweep and disgrace them. A strange idea came to his mind; why not sponsor one of his genius ex-students to construct a defensive weapon, which would help in defending any attack in the future? He chose “Tarek Abdul Samad”, his brightest student ever, to invent the so-called “Sanction Weapon Project”. At the beginning, Tarek was not that enthusiastic to take part but Shaaker insisted, encouraged him, and let him marry his daughter. American Regime knew about the project and sent two envoys to negotiate with him to stop the project or to work for USA but he refused. Neither the Egyptian Authorities nor the targeted sponsors supported Tarek yet his family and neighbors did.
